Summary:

Under general direction, incumbent(s) manages and oversees the maintenance services to include supervising trades supervisors, managing trades’ services, developing short and long-term goals, inspecting work serviced, assisting with the development and oversight of the budget, preparing reports, managing and monitoring the work order system, and coordinating with District personnel to ensure needs are met.  Incumbent(s) assists the Maintenance Administration by preparing proposals, writing scope of services, reviewing proposals and specifications, determining material lists, and overseeing the progress of projects and contractor services.
